You may be wondering, with seeing all the references to Top Ten USA, who exactly we are. Top Ten USA (TTU) is a third party hardware maintenance provider, specializing in enterprise storage, server, and network equipment.
Partnering with our sister company in Munich, Germany (who has been in the industry for over 25 years), we have been in business since 2007, starting out first as a depot repair facility for enterprise tape storage products, and then gradually branching out into enterprise disk storage, server, and networking equipment. Along the way, we also became a maintenance provider for both direct customers and for other third party hardware maintainers.
For the first 5 years of TTU, we worked strictly on repairing tape equipment for both OEM’s and other hardware providers. By doing this, we became subject matter experts in the enterprise tape storage field, learning every nook and cranny of the hardware that we repaired and tested in simulated production environments. We then began taking tape storage devices under contractual maintenance with direct end users, using our expertise to troubleshoot and repair production equipment in a field service environment.
As our company grew, we took on more product lines like disk storage and server platforms, becoming subject matter experts in each one as we added it to our list of supported products. We also developed channel partnerships with some of the industry leading third party maintainers, providing backline parts and technical knowledge for supported product lines. Our maintenance customers range anywhere from small businesses to large corporations, even including local, state, and federal government entities.
TTU has grown to be an industry leader in both tape and disk storage hardware maintenance, and we continue expanding regularly as we bring in new product lines to support.
