Return Policy

In the event you purchase something and end up not needing it, we will issue an RMA (Return Material Authorization) #, this must be done within 14 days of your order and you will incur a 20% restocking fee.

Absolutely no returns will be accepted without a Rocket Platform issued RMA# clearly marked on the package.
When something breaks…Any item failure during the warranty period can be exchanged and will be replaced at our expense with FedEx Standard Overnight shipping.

How do I know my parts will work?
We know that often when you see parts or services for a price that seems “too good to be true”, it often is. You get the parts and they arrive damaged, or missing some components or connectors, or just plain don’t work. Now, you have lost valuable time and while you are looking for a part that will work you are also handling the return process on the bad part AND your machine still has a problem!

We have the solution and you get it for free!

Every single part we sell is tested to well beyond industry standards. We record the results of these tests and we make them available to you. Every part we sell has a QR Code on the part and on the packaging that protects it. All you have to do is scan that QR code and you will see the test results of that exact part before you ever install it in your system. This is unheard of in the industry. We are so confident in our testing protocols that we want to share the results with you so you KNOW you have a part that is fully functioning and ready for installation.


We also go well above and beyond the standards for packaging and shipping your parts.
This includes higher strength cardboard boxes, custom molding made to order on those parts that require that extra layer of safety and much more… please see our video, the process is really cool!
